Coverage on NiceBaths equipment.
What is covered
NiceBaths provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects on:
- 2HP chiller-heater-filter unit — 12 months on the compressor and internal electronics.
- Inflatable plunge tubs — 6 months against seam failures and manufacturing faults.
- Steam sauna tents and steam generators — 6 months against manufacturing faults.
- Accessories — 30 days against manufacturing faults.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, punctures, chemical damage, unauthorised repairs, power surges outside a normal 240V supply, or normal wear and tear.
How to claim
Contact NiceBaths on WhatsApp with your order details, a description of the issue and clear photos or a short video. We will diagnose and, where covered, repair or replace the affected part.
