Returns & Refunds
Straightforward policy for NiceBaths orders.
Returns window
Returns are accepted for unused items in original condition, with all packaging and accessories, within 7 days of delivery. Contact NiceBaths on WhatsApp before returning any item so we can confirm and coordinate collection.
Hygiene and wellness equipment
For hygiene and safety reasons, ice bath tubs, sauna tents and steam generators that have already been used, filled with water, or exposed to steam may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing defects
If a product arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion under warranty.
Non-returnable items
Consumables, opened accessories that cannot be re-sold hygienically, and made-to-order or business installations are non-returnable.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method (M-Pesa or bank transfer) within 7–14 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
