Delivery, timelines and setup for NiceBaths orders in Kenya.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Kenya. Free or at-cost delivery is available within Nairobi (Westlands, Kilimani, Karen, Gigiri, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Parklands, Ruaka, Rosslyn and surrounding areas). Upcountry and coastal delivery — Mombasa, Diani, Naivasha, Nanyuki, Nakuru, Kisumu, Eldoret — is quoted per location.
Timelines
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days from order confirmation. Custom or business orders may take longer and are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp or email.
Setup and installation
All NiceBaths products are portable — no plumbing or construction required. We provide setup guidance over WhatsApp and can arrange on-site setup in Nairobi on request.
Order confirmation
After you submit an order request via WhatsApp, the reserve/checkout form, or email, NiceBaths confirms availability, payment and delivery details before dispatch.
