Payment Options
Simple, flexible ways to pay for NiceBaths orders.
M-Pesa
Our preferred method for individual customers in Kenya. We share our M-Pesa Till or Paybill on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
Bank transfer
Kenyan bank transfers accepted for larger orders and business installations. Bank details are shared on invoice.
Business invoice
Gyms, hotels, corporate wellness programs and spa businesses can request a formal invoice with VAT-friendly formatting. Payment terms are agreed per order.
Pay on delivery
Available on approved orders within Nairobi and pre-agreed locations. Please confirm eligibility with us on WhatsApp before requesting this option.
Request a quote
For custom packages, multi-unit orders and business installations, use the reserve/checkout form or WhatsApp and choose “Request a quote”.
No card is charged online. All payments are confirmed manually by the NiceBaths team.
