By using NiceBaths equipment or participating in NiceBaths workshops, you acknowledge that cold exposure and sauna practice carry inherent risks, including but not limited to cardiovascular stress, fainting, slips and skin reactions.

You confirm you are participating voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own safety. NiceBaths, its facilitators and affiliates are not liable for injury or loss arising from use of equipment or participation in sessions.
