Facilitated, safe and inclusive
Every workshop is facilitated by Hannes Bend and a NiceBaths team member, with safety briefings, opt-in participation and modifications for beginners. Participants with heart conditions, high blood pressure or pregnancy are guided to safer alternatives or asked to consult a medical professional first.

Who facilitates the workshops?
Workshops are facilitated by Hannes Bend, with 10+ years of international experience in breathwork, wellness and human performance, and 30+ workshops facilitated in East Africa.
How large can a corporate group be?
We run sessions for groups from 6 to 60+. Smaller groups get a fuller plunge experience; larger groups get rotating stations of breathwork, ice bath and sauna.
Where can you run a workshop?
On-site at your office, retreat, hotel or offsite venue anywhere in Nairobi or wider Kenya. We bring the equipment, you provide the space.
What's the typical outcome?
Many participants report feeling calmer, more focused and more connected as a team. Cold and breathwork practices may support stress management — they are not a replacement for medical care.
